We are two Australians who spent a very comfortable night at Neo Denpasar by Aston prior to our dental appointment at Bali 911 as it is only a couple of mins away from the new dental clinic location. The hotel receptionist Raphael greeted us warmly on arrival and very quickly had arranged check in. Our room was large and clean and had very comfy bed and pillows. Air conditioner,TV, kettle, tea/ coffee and a good shower has us smiling and we slept very well. No noise at all in the room from the road. Breakfast is available although we didn't have it. A small Circle K store is in reception area so very convenient to stock up with supplies if needed. Can't fault our overnight stay. The staff were fab, room good and very comfortable sleep after flight from Australia. Would happily stay again and can reccomend this hotel; particularly if you are having dental work done at Bali 911.

From our experience, the jewel in the crown for Hotel Neo is the staff. Everybody was helpful and friendly. The staff at reception were on hand 24 hours a day and were quick to respond to any issues we had with a friendly and positive attitude. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, always cleaned our room to a good standard and were willing to work around us when they came at a time that was not suitable for us. We felt very safe and secure in the hotel. The breakfast provided was of a good standard and variety. There was always a choice of Indonesian and Western food. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The hotel was located within comfortable distance from my place of work. The breakfast buffet was a good mix of continental and local cuisine. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful regarding local information. It was a good experience.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. I am 17 and travelling on my own, coming here was the best decision as it allowed me to not feel on edge or uncomfortable. Thank you

I like how the technology is being utilized by the property. The speed of the WiFi can be improved however currently, it’s decent for movie streaming in HD quality. The staff is helpful and courteous.
